Letters on Junius, 1830-1831.

Vol. containing letters to John Pickering supporting Newhall's theory that the author of the Junius letters, which were individually published in the London Public Advertiser, 1769-72, and then collected and reprinted numerous times, was Earl Richard Grenville-Temple. The vol. also contains 12 proof pages of the published edition of the letters with Newhall's annotations and an index of references he used as evidence.
